Date: Dec. 25th, 2017. Location: Enoshima Sea Candle Illuminations, Japan. Inside the tunnel of lights a young woman performs Christmas songs, which appear to drift over the heads of nearby lovers unnoticed, who are instead more attentive to the words of their partners. But the notes of her tunes continued to fill the air, floating around them like musical illuminations. This was a long exposure photo with flash light. During the exposure I traced the form of a musical quaver with the camera.
