These works were taken in December 2021 at full moon on the Gornergrat above Zermatt, Switzerland. The reduction to high-contrast black-and-white photographs intensifies the interplay of the sharp-edged summit rocks and the gentle snow deposits of this impressive landscape surrounding the Matterhorn. The imposing rock formations of the 4000-meter peaks are illuminated only by moonlight.
