That morning, we set out for a simple stroll after breakfast, cameras in hand, expecting a leisurely walk near the hotel. However, our plan changed as we covered 1.9 kilometers and discovered a charming park 3.5 kilometers away. Intrigued, we continued, ending up 6.2 kilometers from our hotel as the sun set. Facing a 6-kilometer return in a chilly -1-degree breeze, our casual walk became a 12-kilometer journey. Despite the cold, the stunning beauty of Mt. Fuji and Kawaguchiko lake captivated us, making our simple morning stroll an extraordinary experience.
