Venus emerging from the ocean, shot on a late afternoon as the sun goes down, on a small island in the Maldives. This picture is not a photomontage. It is inspired by the natural rhythm of high and low tides that cover and uncover a long sandy peninsula attached to the island. Venus is actually standing on the sand that has been just recently covered by the waters of the incoming high tide.
