Body In today’s world of perfection, prejudice and stigma, many people struggle with the perception of their own body, including me. That is why in my work, I explore what else the human body can be, beyond just a physical shell. I use the body as my material. I abstract, zoom in, transform and isolate. By molding, altering and manipulating, experiments with form, mass and volume are created. The body becomes an object from a new perspective. I investigate how we perceive the human body, how everybody looks at it differently, and what impact this has on our identity.

Constance Koningsberger is a photographer and artist based in the Netherlands. She successfully graduated in May 2023 at the Fotoacademie in Amsterdam. Before she started working as a professional photographer, she worked as a lawyer and bankruptcy trustee for 10 years. Justice and injustice play an important role in her life. The reason for her work is autonomous. Her starting point is personal. Social themes are central to her photography. Her work is about body image in today's society.she examines the world around her, who she is and how she views herself.
