What is the essence of photography? Many would argue and point out that it is all about capturing that special moment, emotion, etc., however, all of this would be impossible without light, the very essence of photography. Obelisk of Light series explores effects of light on architectural geometries and volumes in search of minimum balance between dark and light required for human mind to interpret the subject, moment and emotion.

photographer originally from beautiful sun bathed Hvar, currently based in Zagreb with particular interest in Fine Art, Astro and Landscape photography. In over 10 years of photographic journey I have developed view of photography not only as a mean of capturing that special moment, message, story, emotion and subject but also encompassing and mastering the entire creative process as a whole from planning, execution to processing with the aim to express my vision with the power of light, the very essence of photography.
