These photo series were taken in Kyoto, Japan when cherry blossoms bloomed. During cherry blossom season, many people worldwide visit Kyoto and view the blooming flowers. The model in the photos wore two kinds of exquisite kimonos (a traditional Japanese garment), including one chic lace kimono. The places visited include Yasaka Shrine, Kyoto Imperial Palace, Oishi Shrine, Kamo River Bank, and Machiya (町家, a two-story traditional Japanese wooden townhouse), etc. Cherry blossoms, kimonos, and Kyoto's old townscapes truly create a good harmony!

I consider myself visual and multicultural. Currently, I live in Taipei, Taiwan, I have lived in the US for about 25 years in the past. My years living in or traveling to different countries gave me multicultural perspectives, experienced numerous aesthetics, and helped me explore the world with an open mind. My interest in photography is broad, ranging from sports, drones, landscapes, events, portraits, wildlife photography, astrophotography, etc. to photo post-processing.
