Renaissance and anarchy have a common feature — the desire for freedom, individuality and self-affirmation of the individual. During the Renaissance period, which falls on the XIV–XVI centuries, there is a revival of interest in ancient culture, art and philosophy. This time is characterized by the development of humanism, anthropocentrism and individualism. Anarchy, in turn, is an ideology that denies the state and power, focusing on the freedom and independence of individuals. Both of these phenomena are based on the idea of human self-worth, his right to freedom and self-expression.
