Inti Raymi means "The Inca Festival of the Sun" in Quechua (The native Incan language). It is the main traditional ritual in honor of the Sun god and Llamas would be sacrificed to the Sun god. The festival is celebrated every June 24th during the winter solstice to give thanks for the good harvest. One big ceremony was held at Sacsayhuaman’s esplanade at 3671 meters altitude with a beautiful Cusco mountain view. The entire event was conducted in Quechua. The festival involves processions, music, dancing, and ritualistic ceremonies while showcasing gorgeous ancient Inca garments.

I consider myself visual and multicultural. Currently, I live in Taipei, Taiwan, I have lived in the US for about 25 years in the past. My years living in or traveling to different countries gave me multicultural perspectives, experienced numerous aesthetics, and helped me explore the world with an open mind. My interest in photography is broad, ranging from sports, drones, landscapes, events, portraits, wildlife photography, astrophotography, etc. to photo post-processing.
