Inspired by the enchanting light production at Light Ragaz in Switzerland, the series HAPPINESS portrays Tamina's magical journey to HAPPINESS. Lost in a deep gorge, Tamina encounters three friends who guide her towards HAPPINESS. Her journey of self-discovery unfolds through the 3 stages of happiness: love, harmony, and inner peace. As she progresses, Tamina emerges from the darkness, realizing that true happiness lies within. This visual story is a reminder that happiness is an internal state, encouraging us humans to appreciate the beauty in life.

With a background in surface science, I am drawn to details, patterns, textures, forms and colours that surround us and influence our feelings. They are the basis of my inspiration and provide the frames to my works. Through the combination of various camera techniques, I transform these frames and their colours into abstracts that bring my visual imagination to life. Having lived in a variety of countries I have the strong desire to bridge the gap of cultural differences and raise awareness to the beauty of nature through my works.
