Hashigui Iwa Rocks is one of my favorite locations in Japan. It spans close to 900 meters as old legend has it that a monk was building a bridge here, it was quite a spectacular sight and very humbling experience.
Rachel Wei is a fine art photographer currently based in Vancouver, Canada. Rachel graduated with a fine arts degree, she spent countless hours in the darkroom during the '90s. After a decade away, she made the transition to digital photography and re-ignited her passion. Rachel has an affinity for black and white photography and draws inspirations from the scenes that spur emotions. She hopes her visual exploration will resonate with her audience.
