Beauty Beyond Time and Place

This series is a project that is deeply rooted in my heart. Starting with my mother, all these women are accompanying my life. They are combined with a flower or plant, which represents for me their character and history. In a universal way they became beauties beyond time and place.

I’m a German architect and amateur photographer based in France. Influenced by clear and reduced architecture, bright spaces and simple forms, I feel attracted by pure and minimalist landscape and floral captures. For me photography is the research to reduce the subject to its minimum, its so called essence.
