For me, the small lake in the Bavarian Alps is a small natural jewel. I visited the region in autumn to photograph what I consider to be the most beautiful time of the year. During the 3 days I was incredibly lucky with the weather and was able to photograph the beautiful mountain lake at any time of the day. I just like the mood with the autumnal fog, it transforms the landscape into a mythical scenery. One night the full moon shone in the sky and a veil of fog slowly moved into the landscape. It was a pleasure to be able to experience this. To protect this little natural gem, I won't mentio

I am 54 years old and live in Seligenstadt, Hesse. For many years, I worked as a landscape gardener, where I was able to work creatively with nature. Due to tragic events, I can no longer pursue my profession, which gave me time to devote more intensively to photography. Initially, it was primarily while traveling and in nature that I discovered abstract and contemporary photography. With a camera, you can create beautiful, individual works of art; you just have to get involved. This doesn't happen at the push of a button, however; it happens intuitively, based on the situation.
