A different look at a pink flamingo; a view from the back that disturbs our gaze and questions us, leaving the imagination to invent another reality. Post-production in black and white to highlight its shape and plumage.
Passionate about the history of art and photography, I have been working in the graphic arts for 35 years. Drawing and then B&W photography (shooting and development) filled my daily life during my first twenty years. I then practiced oil painting, a pictorial material that opens me up to other horizons; I then experimented with synthetism. For the past ten years, my creative work has been essentially photographic. I create images where dreams and timelessness mingle, sprinkled with a touch of poetry and romantism.
