Feria de Córdoba The wonderful city of Córdoba celebrates the Fair in honour of Nuestra Señora de la Salud (Our Lady of Health) at the end of May. The fiesta has a fantastic Andalusian flavour. There are amazing "casetas" (marquees with food, drink and music) erected at the city's fair ground, and most of them are open to the general public. The thoroughfare and the surrounding streets are filled with horse-drawn carriages, stunning flamenco dresses, "Sevillana" music and wine. One of the absolute highlights of the week-long event is watching the Andalusian horses and their riders go by.
