One of the many joys of traveling in Southeast Asia - and Thailand in particular - is the food. Every night, in cities and small villages alike, thousands of vendors set up their small carts on sidewalks, down alleyways, and in night markets, selling some of the best food on the planet for just a few dollars. These individuals work relentlessly, tirelessly, every night to supply people with cheap, delicious food. I wanted to showcase these unsung heroes, and over the course of two years traveling to the Land of Smiles, I captured these photographs, a small selection of an ongoing project.
