　The "Keelung Mid-Summer Ghost Festival" in Keelung City, Taiwan, originated in the Qing Dynasty in 1855. At that time, various groups living in Keelung were involved in frequent armed conflicts due to commercial, land, farming, and religious disputes, resulting in severe casualties.
