The performance 'KHARTEDE 20' (Kharkiv Theater Research Expedition of the 1920s) by the alternative Ukrainian theater 'Nafta' honors Kharkiv's 20th-century literary community, including banned writers and the Executed Renaissance. The audience witnesses how the worlds of art intersect with the harsh realities of the present. Amid Russian shelling and the closure of Kharkiv's theaters, the relatively safe industrial zone in this frontline city became the venue for this unique event. Despite these challenges, all tickets for the premiere sold out, and the performance was a great success.
