The Lost Ship

In 1970, the ship left the port of Ashdod towards the port of Haifa.On her way, she was caught by difficult sea conditions, due to stormy weather, which prevented her from reaching her destination. The ship tried to contact forces that would come to its aid, but during the voyage, the tow rope got caught in one of the parts of the ship and its engine stopped working. The ship, which remained unnavigable, drifted with the waves and reached the Bonim beach, where it remains to this day. The ship at the Hobonim beach is a very unique and different attraction on the coast of Israel.
