This series captures the vast and varied landscapes of Xinjiang, Tibet, and other regions, documenting the shepherds and their surroundings through a non-representational visual language. The fluidity of the compositions evokes the sensation of dynamic brushstrokes, expressing an impressionistic view of human presence within the expansive landscape. In this boundless space, Eastern philosophy and spirituality subtly emerge, hidden within the interconnectedness of all things, becoming symbols of the Eastern spirit. Photography becomes more than just photography.
