During my travels to North Carolina, the sunrise and its natural colors inspired me to use the camera as both a brush and a canvas. Through intentional camera movement techniques, I aimed to capture the beauty of nature as if painting it. I used this process to push the boundaries between photography and painting, allowing time, movement, and light to blend into a fleeting yet expressive visual experience. This image has absolutely no editing; it is a pure capture of the sunrise magic at Wrightsville Beach.

Born in Baku, in the former Soviet Union, and now based in the Stockholm area, Sweden. My creative practice is shaped by the intersection of my cultural heritage, my identity as a homosexual, and the influence of art and cinema, particularly the works of Tarkovsky and Bergman. Through a metaphysical lens, I explore themes of identity, time, and human emotion. These experiences shape my artistic voice, allowing me to merge the personal with the universal, positioning my work as both a reflection of and a critique on contemporary life.
