Ciudad del Este in Paraguay is a city that is mainly dedicated to the trade of all kinds of products. It is located on the border with Brazil and at that point both countries are divided by the ParanĂ¡ River. It is a relatively new city founded in the mid-20th century, since its founding its main activity is trade and is currently the second most populous city in Paraguay. The streets closest to the border are in constant movement, with people buying and selling products, many of which will be transported to the Brazilian side.
