This photo was shot during a rhythmic gymnastics tournament for college students. I think rhythmic gymnasts look the best when they do a split leap in mid-air. The split leap usually lasts only a few seconds, so I had to focus and captured the great moment.

I consider myself visual and multicultural. Currently, I live in Taipei, Taiwan, I have lived in the US for about 25 years in the past. My years living in or traveling to different countries gave me multicultural perspectives, experienced numerous aesthetics, and helped me explore the world with an open mind. My interest in photography is broad, ranging from sports, drones, landscapes, events, portraits, wildlife photography, astrophotography, etc. to photo post-processing.
