A man is arrested during the Barcelona riots between pro-independence protesters and the police in the famous Ramblas. The riots kept the city under siege for more than a week, sparked by the prison sentences of catalan leaders.

Davide Bonaldo is a freelance documentary and travel photographer currently based in Barcelona, Spain. His main focus is social documentary photography , while also focusing in more intimate, personal stories. While being a mostly self taught photographer, he has attended an advanced course in Photoreportage at Officine Fotografiche school in Rome, Italy, where he has also exhibited his work, and Fuga-Escola de Fotografia in Barcelona, Spain. He also collaborates with different NGOs.
