My project 'Horses of Diomedes' and "Bucephales" are two ongoing photo project's inspired by Greek Mythology . Fascinated by beauty and a dark side hidden in the Frisian stallions, with the right expression for drama and use of light. I am inspired by painters, the emotional expression of the Baroque period and love to work with light of the old masters. In my photography I will not only approach its beautiful side of wonder horse Bucephales, but also what is hidden in the dark side of The Horses of Diomedes. A dark side that intrigues me. And can't let go.

I graduate from art school AKI in 2001. I am a fashion photographer. And work on some ongoing photography projects. The are not specifically related to fashion. One of them is "beyond horses" and the other one is "we are all made of stardust".
