The photographs are about the life of Nenets, the indigenous people in the Arctic tundra of Russia. While many of indigenous people around the world abandon their traditional style of life for reasons such as modernization, the change of social systems, some of Nenets people still keep the way of their life, immigrating and herding reindeer in tundra. I believe that it has the essence of human being how they adapt to the harsh nature, they fit in it and they live connecting with nature and animals.
