Portugal Worse Drought In The Last 100 Years

People on a boat visit the partially flooded village Vilarinho da Furna in Portugal.The village according to locals mites dates back to the 1st century.At the end of 1960, the village had almost 300 inhabitants over 80 houses and with the construction of the dam,they all were paid in order for the Dam project to be concluded.The village was flooded but due to the consequences of climate change, the rainy season has decreased and summer temperatures have increased bringing to the water surface almost all of the village area.According to scientists 2022 is the worse drought in the last 100 years
