To me skateboarding & photography go hand in hand. It's Yin & Yang. Whenever we are out skating, I've always got a camera with me. To me skateboarding is the epitome of freedom, of individuality and creativity. It allows you to live life to the fullest. Skateboarders and their tricks are unique. A skateboarder's tricks have their own character. It's a personal body language. In the end, it's like a hand writing or language or even photos. This is where I see the parallel to photography. Every photo is unique & has its own character. To me, both qualify as art. Skateboarding scene in the UAE.
