"The taste is in the foreground and the product is the star". This is the credo of most (top) chefs and at the same time reflects the opinion of many foodies and restaurant critics. FOOD-iD is my attempt to deal with this motto from the point of view and with the means of a photographer. Taste is not visible, so I focus on the colours and textures that give each product its own identity. The setup is designed to support or accompany colours and textures in a converging or contrasting way. I wanted to portray the food during the mise en place. However, outside the classic kitchen set-up.

Berlin-based MXPRIVÉ is an up-and-coming international photographer whose work focuses on the aesthetic and conceptual representation of architecture. In 2017, he discovered his passion for photography and since 2019 has developed a particular fascination for architectural forms and structures. Since the publication of his first photo book "GETTING CLOSE - TEMPODROM" in 2023, MXPRIVÉ has received a number of international awards in a short period of time. In 2024, he took part in group exhibitions in Budapest, Paris and Venice, which further promoted his international recognition.
