I arrived in the Sahara this day just before sunset. I rode a camel all the way to the campsite deep in the desert. The whole desert was golden. I was talking to the camel man walking beside me, he is 21 years old, a Berber, he loves the desert and he loves his job. I watched him walking nimbly through the desert. He was very happy.
