IN LIMBO is a photo series about one of the most terrible humanitarian emergencies – the refugee tragedy that has generated unprecedented levels of human displacement and suffering throughout the world. In IN LIMBO, I turn each image into a photo interview with the audience, proposing a reflection on each moment of the lives of these people. Based on stories from the field, I seek to represent those who were forcibly displaced; those who were forced to return home, those who are stateless... My intent is to honour millions of children, women and men forced to flee their countries.
