As a street photographer, I look for visual moments that describe the heartbeat of a city. I like tight compositions. It may be a small group of people or maybe one person, all of them navigating life on the street. I've lived my whole life within forty-five minutes of New York, but in the city, I still feel like an intruder. I am on the street. The people I photograph are of the street. That's why I always find the city new and exciting. This is a portfolio of some of my favorite visual moments in New York.
