The Théâtre de la Porte Saint-Martin in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, is a unique place that was originally conceived as a location to host the Paris Opéra under the order of Marie-Antoinette in 1781. Built just in two months and inaugurated in front of the queen, it was destroyed by a fire during the Paris Commune and replaced with a new building designed by the architect Oscar de la Chardonnière in 1881.The interiors keep their elegance with a French touch in order to create an immersive place to tell histories and enjoy by the magic of the drama.

Francesca Pompei is a photographer focused on arts and architectural images. She is member of the board of Italian Association of Professional Photographers-TAU Visual and she is represented by the Galerie Bruno Massa in Paris.
