One swan, moving in the opposite direction of the morning sun, looks like a solitary human being in distress. A swan slowly swimming across the quiet lake in the early morning caught my eye. Swimming into the darkness, opposite to the blazing autumn leaves, I felt as if I were a person who was tired from the busyness of daily life. I quietly took a picture of the swan, recognizing that this time that flows slowly is a space that needs to be protected. Location/Lake Minami-Inagako, Yamanashi, Japan
