Inspired by the melodies and phrases of songs, I take the images that come to mind as the source of my work, and I create photographs by expanding and developing these images. The melody repeats quietly and beautifully, a presence that appears and disappears. Delicate solos with fluid phrasing evoke feelings of being led somewhere to which there is no return. Everyone has a desire to escape from reality, a longing for a world like in a dream. The work expresses someone who is no one by giving anonymity and secrecy to the Viewer by not showing her face.
