The famous Rissani Market in Morocco became the commercial enclave par excellence during the 14th century, being one of the gates to the desert through which all merchants passed. It is the center of commercial life in the Tafilalet region, very popular for the sale and purchase of animals among other products. I am struck by the permanent dialogue between sellers and buyers and the seemingly endless conversation that arises between people and the diversity of objects and belongings they handle. The naturalness of their gestures and their culture make this market one of the friendliest places.
