Puccini Festival Foundation gave me the opportunity to partecipate to TIFA with my stage and backstage picture of Puccini's Madama Butterfly opera and I thought that it could have been a great moment to show how Italian and Japanese culture met to create such amazing Opera. This Scenography and costumes first appearence was in 2000 Scenes by Kan Yasuda Costumes by Regina Schrecker Direction by Vivien Hewitt The cast in the picture are: Hiromi Omura, as Cio Cio San Hector Mendoza Lopez as Pinkerton Pierluigi Dilengite as Sharpless Rossana Rinaldi as Suzuki Daniele Caputo as Prince Yamadori
