The festival of Lunar New Year – Tsagaan Sar, is celebrated every year by Mongols in the month of February. Along with other customs, the horse race in frigid conditions is a big attraction for countryside people and the tourists. Surely, it’s not an easy task for both jockeys and the horses in -25C.
