This photograph was taken in Hyogo prefecture in Japan and this bridge in this photograph is called "Akashi-Kaikyo Bridge". This bridge is the longest span bridge in the world, located in Akashi Strait between Kobe and Awaji Island. When I saw Akashi-Kaikyo Bridge, I felt that was big at first. Nevertheless waves on the sea made a sound and many people around me spent each time, I felt this situation was silent. This photograph expresses the shape of Akashi-Kaikyo Bridge and silence.

Akio Miki This Japanese photographer lives in Kagawa Prefecture in Japan. He mainly takes photos of nature and monochrome and explores new expressions in photography.
